CHECK-IN: From 3 p.m.
We have a warehouse to protect your luggage at no additional cost.
CHECK-OUT: The room expires at 1:00 p.m.
It is essential to present official identification at the time of registration at the hotel.
General policies
MINORS POLICY:
A child up to 3 years old can stay in the same room at no additional cost in existing beds.
It is mandatory to register and present identification with a photograph of minors.
It is also necessary that the accompanying parent/guardian present an official identification upon check-in at the hotel.
These documents are necessary to prove kinship.
WARRANTY POLICY:
If your arrival at the hotel is scheduled for after 5 p.m., you are required to make payment for the first night of stay in order to guarantee your reservation, otherwise the reservation will be subject to availability from that time onwards.
If you guarantee your reservation with a credit or debit card, the cardholder must appear at the hotel during check-in to sign the voucher, otherwise, the cardholder must fill out a form authorizing the charge for the amount of the first night attaching a copy of credit card and identification (Request card payment authorization form by email or by phone).
CANCELLATION AND RETURN POLICIES FOR GROUPS: (More than 3 Rooms)
Cancellations made more than 30 days before arrival date will receive a refund of 50% of the advance payment.
Cancellations made within 30 days of arrival will not receive any refund, however a date change will be accepted (subject to availability) up to 8 days before the original arrival date.
At the time of the group's arrival at the hotel, the manager must settle all reserved Rooms.
Last minute cancellations are not accepted.
CANCELLATION AND RETURN POLICIES FOR INDIVIDUAL RESERVATIONS (Up to 3 Rooms):
Cancellations made more than 72 hours before arrival will receive a refund of the total corresponding to the first night of each room reserved.
Cancellations or modifications made within 72 hours of arrival will not receive a refund for the first night of your reservation.
BILLING POLICY:
If you require an invoice, it must be requested no later than the day of your departure. Said invoice must be reviewed by the applicant to verify that the data is correct at the time it is delivered in print or received by email since invoices will not be issued or corrections made to them untimely.
DISCIPLINE POLICIES FOR GROUPS AND GUESTS IN GENERAL:
In the case of groups, it is necessary to have strict control since we are a tourist and rest hotel.
It is extremely important to inform each member of the group before their arrival and that our guests in general are aware that smoking and noise are prohibited both in common areas of the hotel and in the Rooms.
It is also prohibited to hold meetings, receive visitors and drink alcoholic beverages there.
Please take into account that failure to comply with these specifications or any other stipulated in the hotel's internal regulations will result in a request for immediate eviction of the entire group or of the guest who incurs any of these violations, without the right to a refund. some.
